Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the experience. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience’s start time.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your refund is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Chargeback Policy

By making a booking on our website, you agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks:

  • No Chargebacks for Services Rendered: Once a booking is confirmed and the service has been provided, the transaction is considered final and not subject to chargeback under any circumstance. This applies to all bookings made online, through our website, or via any other approved channels
  • Proof of Service Delivery: In a dispute, chargebacks will only be considered if there is clear and undeniable evidence that the service was not provided as agreed. If our records, communications, or service logs indicate that the service was delivered as scheduled, any chargeback request will be deemed invalid.
  • Dispute Resolution: Should there be any issue with the service provided, the customer must contact us directly within 24 hours of service delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. However, failure to contact us within this timeframe will forfeit the right to dispute the service through a chargeback.
  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for a service that has been provided following the booking confirmation will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to take legal action to recover costs, including any legal fees and other expenses incurred due to a fraudulent chargeback
